Meet Our Team
A legendary 18-season MLB player, mostly with the Atlanta Braves — 7-time All-Star, 5-time Gold Glove winner, 4-time Silver Slugger, and back-to-back NL MVP (1982–83). His #3 jersey is retired by the Atlanta Braves.
Beyond baseball, Dale earned the Roberto Clemente Award, was inducted into the World Humanitarian Hall of Fame, and was named by Sports Illustrated as one of the "Athletes Who Care the Most." He uses his platform to support children and strengthen communities worldwide.
A Northern California native and BYU graduate, married to Dale for nearly 50 years. Together they have 8 children and 23 grandchildren. A certified CliftonStrengths coach and co-founder of Dale Murphy LLC, Nancy leads with compassion, focused on helping children thrive and creating communities where every child feels valued.
Director of Operations at Purpose Possible, where he oversees day-to-day nonprofit operations. Hayden bridges strategy with community execution and brings a deep commitment to making baseball and its values accessible to every child.
